One of the unique aspects of our program is high-quality, dedicated, mature
adult volunteer staff.
They are all enthusiastic, loving people who give their time and talents to
serve God through their work as Board of Directors, Operation Committees, and in
camp staff.
Many of our staff return year after year and are parents of
campers, pastors, teachers, and CILT graduates
