We are having a Raffle to help raise money for Camp Cedarbrook Texas general
Fund and camper scholarships.
Each ticket is $10.00 and the winning ticket
will win a Samsung - 40" Class - LED - 1080p - 120Hz - Smart - HDTV.
We are giving a gift card for $200 to the camper and staffer (one each) that
sells the most raffle tickets.
Winner must email
raffle@cedarbrooktexas.com stating their full name and other contact
details. Camp Cedarbrook Texas will communicate with winner and make
arrangements for prize transfer - at that time the raffle will officially close.

- Board members, spouses and family members are not eligible for Grand Prize..
- Board members are not eligible for pre-loaded visa cards.
- Tickets will be sold in a book of 10; sellers are allowed to return 1 un-used book.

- Tickets will be made available beginning February 10th, and the raffle
will close on April 15th.
Drawing to be held on May 1st.
- Winners of prizes will be responsible for any applied taxes and will receive a
1099 form if applicable.
- Winners of prizes will be obligated to follow the rules and regulations as set forth
in Raffle.
- Winner must claim the Grand Prize by May 4, 2013. Winner must email
raffle@cedarbrooktexas.com stating their full name and provide
contact details. Camp Cedarbrook
Texas will communicate with winner and make arrangements for prize transfer.
Raffle officially closed.
- If winning number is not claimed via email by the end of the day of May 4th, the 2nd
number drawn will be posted at 10:00 am on May 5th.
If the 2nd number is not claimed by May 8th, the drawing
is officially closed. The Grand Prize will then be held and applied to the 3rd annual raffle.
