Leadership Training

The Camper in Leadership Training (CILT) program is for high school girls and boys interested in learning and developing their leadership skills. This training program will help individuals to develop their leadership skills to benefit their school and church, as well as prepare them to become a counselor at Camp Cedarbrook Texas.

Eligibility Requirements

• Campers entering 10th grade
• Previous Camp Cedarbrook camping experience

The CILT program is a five-week program spread over 3 years

• CILT 1 is one week long during the annual camp week
• CILT 2 is two weeks long:  one week prior to camp and one week during camp week
• CILT 3 is two weeks long:  one week prior to camp and one week during camp week
